Exchange/ Return Return Policies

- Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition and free from odor or pet hair.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or is an incorrect item.
- Exchanges are available for a different size or comparable item of equal value, provided the original item is in new, unused condition and free from odor or pet hair.
- The exchange process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the original item unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrect.
Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing your exchange after we receive your return.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock in the desired size, you may choose one of the following options:
- Store Credit: Receive store credit for the current value of the product.
- Alternative Item: Select another item of equal or lesser value.
Note: Exchanges cannot be made for items ineligible for returns or exchanges, such as grab bags, free gifts with purchase, or final-sale seasonal items.
We strive to make the exchange process smooth and hassle-free! If you have any questions about sizing, availability, or the exchange process, please contact us for assistance before returning your item.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Refund values exclude both the initial and return shipping costs.
Once a return is approved, customers have 14 days to return the item(s) to First Roots Farm to receive store credit for the current price of the product.
Upon receiving returned items, First Roots Farm reserves the right to deny the return if the item is not in new condition. If denied, the customer can opt to pay for shipping to have the item returned to them.
- The item was already exchanged
- Item has been worn, washed, used, dried or stained in any way
- Items must be free of odors. Items containing cigarette smoke odors will not be eligible for an exchange.
- Item was marked as Clearance or Closeout - all clearance/closeout items are sold as is and are not returnable.
- Item was refused upon delivery.
- Item was a customized/personalized design.
These policies are only valid for purchases made on BecauseTees.com. Any purchases made on third-party sites such as Etsy, Amazon, Jane have their own return policies which are stated on the respected websites.
Orders are limited to 1 discount code/coupon. Discounts cannot be combined.
At First Roots Farm, we strive to ensure every order arrives safely. However, if a shipping carrier marks your package as delivered but it is not found, we regret that we are unable to replace the package unless you purchased the Free Returns & Package Protection option during checkout.
To avoid any issues, we recommend selecting the package protection option to safeguard your order against unforeseen delivery mishaps.
If you need to cancel your order, please note the following:
- Orders that have started production: A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to cover materials and labor costs.
- Orders that have not started production: A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to cover credit card processing fees.
We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order to minimize any fees. Thank you for your understanding!
At First Roots Farm, we take great care in providing you with the freshest, highest-quality flowers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all flower sales are final, and we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damaged Flowers: If you receive flowers that are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. To address your concern, we require:
- Clear photos of the issue.
- Your order details.
Once we review your submission, we may offer a replacement arrangement of equal value or store credit, depending on the situation and product availability.
Important Notes:
- We are unable to offer replacements or store credit for flowers not cared for properly after delivery or pickup. Please follow the care instructions provided to ensure the longevity of your arrangement.
- Custom orders, seasonal arrangements, and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for replacements or store credit.
At First Roots Farm, we work hard to create unique and memorable experiences for all of our event attendees. Due to the preparation and costs involved in hosting on-farm events, all event ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
Rescheduling or Cancellations:
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If you cannot attend the event, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled to a future event. However, tickets are transferable to another guest. If you’d like to transfer your ticket, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to update the attendee information.
- Farm-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, we will work with you to provide a rescheduled date or issue a credit for a future event.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not attend the event, your ticket is considered forfeited, and no refunds or credits will be provided.
