Refunds are not available, but we do offer rescheduling options based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your session.
We kindly request that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled shoot time to ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Please respect your allocated time slot to avoid any disruptions.
No, we do not have a dedicated changing room on-site. Please come prepared in the attire you wish to be photographed in.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own portable changing tent for convenience during your photoshoot.
We provide a portapotty for bathroom needs. While it may not be as comfortable as a traditional restroom, it is well-maintained and available for use.
