We ship items our as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production time. During Holidays, production time can increase to 5-8 business days.

First Roots Farm orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error made by the customer submitting incorrect information, First Roots Farm will reship the package with the corrected address at the customer's expense.

First Roots Farm cannot be responsible for any shipment delays due to the shipping company's error or weather.

First Roots Farm is unable to bill shipping charges to a receiver's/third party account.

If a package is returned to First Roots Farm after 3 delivery attempts by the shipping company, the package will be resent at the customer's expense.

Standard shipping is provided by US Postal Service First Class Mail. If your order is too heavy for First Class Mail, we will ship via Priority Mail, Fedex or UPS at our discretion.

Standard domestic shipping times are generally between 7-14 days. We do not ship internationally at this time.
