There’s something special about flowers showing up where you don’t expect them.
In the middle of a normal day.
Between errands.
Right alongside your usual coffee order.
That’s what made bringing our Flower Bar to Birch & Banyan feel so right.
A Different Way to Experience the Flowers
Not everyone’s first experience with First Roots Farm happens in the fields — and that’s exactly the point. The Flower Bar is a way to meet the flowers in a setting that already feels familiar.
Guests stop in for coffee and find themselves choosing stems, considering color, and building something that didn’t exist a few minutes earlier. There’s no pressure to get it “right.” The beauty is in the choosing.
Some bouquets are soft and neutral. Others are full of color and contrast. Each one reflects the person making it — what they’re drawn to, what catches their eye, what feels right in that moment.
Why Birch & Banyan
Birch & Banyan is the kind of place people return to. It’s woven into routines and relationships, which makes it the perfect setting for a Flower Bar.
When flowers enter a space like that, they don’t interrupt the day — they become part of it. Conversations slow. Hands linger. People stay a little longer than planned.
That’s the kind of experience we care about creating.
The Flower Bar is intentionally hands-on.
This isn’t about watching someone else arrange flowers — it’s about doing it yourself. Feeling the stems. Noticing texture. Trusting your instincts.
Flowers don’t need rules to be meaningful. They just need space.
Taking the Farm With Us
Every Flower Bar pop-up carries the same values as the farm itself — seasonality, intention, and connection — even when we’re miles from the fields.
Bringing the flowers into community spaces allows us to share what we grow in a way that fits real life. No big event required. No special occasion needed.
Just flowers, right where people already gather. And that’s exactly where we want them to be.
