Perfect for customers in colder regions, this optional add-on provides gentle, consistent warmth inside your package for up to three days.

Recommended Use:

• Add one heat pack per shipping box if temperatures along your route are expected to dip below 40°F.
• Each heat pack lasts approximately 72 hours once activated

• Safe for use with live plant material.

• Single-use only; cannot be reused.

If You Choose Not to Add a Heat Pack:
Orders shipped without a heat pack during cold weather are sent at the customer’s own risk. First Roots Farm is not responsible for tubers that freeze, suffer cold damage, or become non-viable in transit if a heat pack was not purchased. We highly recommend adding one when temperatures are expected to drop below 40°F along your shipping route.

Important:
Heat packs are non-refundable and must be purchased at the same time as your tubers to be included in your shipment.
